Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to make a deposit to hold a puppy?

A deposit is recommended, because our puppies go fast!  A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required.  We CANNOT AND WILL NOT hold a puppy for you without a deposit.

How do you determine your cost for your puppies?

We treat all our puppies as a member of our family and we spend a lot of time with them.  When they leave us they have been well cared for, loved, and socialized.  Our puppies have been vet checked - they will have their first set of shots, be on a deworm schedule, and have had dew claws removed.  We also have their registration paperwork completed.

When do I get to take my new furbaby home?

Most puppies are ready to got to their furever homes when they are between 8-10 weeks old.  In some cases we may hold one longer due to the puppy's need to grow a little more.

Will I be refused a puppy?

We do have the right to choose where our puppies go and we need to feel comfortable with their furever families.  While we hope to never have to refuse a puppy, we do have to right to refuse if we feel it isn't a good fit.

What if something comes up and I cannot keep my puppy?

Per our contract, any puppy that cannot be kept must be returned to us without a refund.  We do not want our puppies to end up in any animal shelter, Humane Society, or just given away.  We will take them back from you and find a new furever home for them.
